DOP sweet gorgonzola with organic milk combines the high quality typical of all our cheeses with the attention to a more sustainable agriculture respecting the natural cycles of nature. It is a soft, fatty raw-paste cheese (min. 48% s.s.) with medium ageing and inedible rind, produced according to the Production Specifications for Gorgonzola Dop cheese exclusively with whole cow’s milk from organic farming, pasteurized, with the addition of calf rennet.

CHARACTERISTICS
Organic Gorgonzola Dop is produced without the use of any GMOs, it is gluten free and naturally lactose free with a lactose content of less than 0.1 g/100 g, as a natural consequence of the typical production process.
