Born from the most ancient dairy traditions, it is a top-quality Gorgonzola Dop, soft and creamy, a natural exaltation of the qualitative balance of the product’s characteristics, with a sweet and aromatic taste. It is a soft, raw cheese with typical opaque green linings, with a white and dry rind with a sweet flavour, medium-aged, with an inedible rind. It is produced according to the Production Specifications for Gorgonzola PDO cheese exclusively with pasteurized whole cow’s milk with the addition of calf rennet.
