Created through our most ancient dairy tradition, it is a top-quality Gorgonzola Dop, soft and creamy, a natural exaltation of the qualitative balance of the product’s characteristics with a sweet and aromatic taste. It is a soft, raw cheese with typical opaque green stripes; a white, dry rind with a sweet flavour, medium-aged cheese with an inedible rind. Cinque Stelle is made according to the production specifications for Gorgonzola PDO cheese and exclusively with pasteurized whole cow’s milk, with the addition of calf rennet.
