A fatty raw-paste cheese (min. 48% s.s.) undergone to a medium/long ageing and with inedible rind, produced according to the Production Regulations for Gorgonzola Dop cheese exclusively with pasteurized whole cow’s milk with the addition of calf rennet.

CHARACTERISTICS
The taste and ancient tradition of Spicy Gorgonzola combine with the quality of our artisanal production. Our spicy gorgonzola is compact though velvety on the palate, with a strong and lasting flavor. It is produced without the use of any GMOs, it is gluten-free and naturally lactose-free, with a lactose content of less than 0.1 g/100 g, as a natural consequence of the typical production process.
